Double Cinnabar Pixiu Ping’an Kou Pendant – Peace and Prosperity

The piece takes the circular shape of the Ping’an Kou (平安扣), a classic design symbolically associated with peace, safety, harmony, and protection. Its round, continuous shape also evokes balance, fulfillment, and good wishes.

The front features two bas-relief Pixiu (貔貅) figures. In Chinese tradition, the Pixiu is culturally associated with prosperity, protection, and good fortune. The double Pixiu design also creates a particularly striking visual presence.
